Description: 86LEADA methyl methacrylate adhesive (acrylic adhesive) is specially formulated for the solid surface industry, having a 10 to 1 ratio, and is supplied in readily dispensable cartridge packages. 86LEADA offers excellent adhesion to all types of solid surface, including desified cast polymers, arylic solid surface, polyester blends, quartz stone / quartz surface (s) and engineered stones. 86LEADA colors have been selected to cooridinate with all major national brands of solid surface and imported brands of solid surface, both acrylic and polyester.

Dispensing System1. Read directions on Adhesive Dispenser for 86LEADA and MSDS. Before inserting cartridge in dispenser, open nose plug with retaining nut and removal disc and clean obstructions from cartridge nose and retainong nut with a clean probe. Inset a mixer tip to cartridge nose. Close valve. Insert cartridge in dispenser and proceed. 2. Squeeze the trigger in long strokes, do not pump. Let the trigger travel the full range of motion before releasing and stating the next stroke. 3. When using a new cartridge, dispenser a bead of adhesive approximately 6 to 8 inches and discard before applying to surface. 4. The dispemsing gun, cartridge, and static mixer were designed to work as a high performance, integrated system. If any portion of the system is not functioning properly it will effect the quality of your mixture. 5. Do not cut off any part of static mixer tip because this will result in Inconsistent mix. 6. Check for cartridge expiration date. If cartridge has been partially dispensed, then stored, make sure upon using again the material flows freely from both sides pf cartridge, wipe clean with a rag then put on a new static mixer. 7. Keep as clean as possible. Make sure the cartridge sits level in the cartridge tray. The dispensing gun has been designed in such a way as to minimize drooling. As a result of the design, pumping the level can result in an off ratio mixture Storage and Handling86Leada Adhesive is flammable and can be dangerous if used improperly. Avoid skin and eye contact. In case of eye contact flush with water for 15 Minutes and get medical attention. Keep away from sources of ignition. Before use or handing, consult the appropriate Material Saftety Data Sheet. Store the adhesive in a cool area away from direct sunlight. High Temperatures will reduce the shelf life of the adhesive. Refrigeration is an acceptable means to increase storge life, however freezing should be prevented. Shelf life tests are based on constant temperature storage between 16 degrees and 24 degreesCautionsContains methylmethacrylate resin and benzoylperoxide(less than 10%), cartridges should be stored in a dark and dry place. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flame and other combustible materials. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing vapor and use only with adequate ventilation. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Keep away from children. FIRST AID: In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, call a physician. For skin, wash with soap and water.
